1. Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by destination (see details below).
  • Tracking:All shipments include tracking.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100 within Australia.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We use Australia Post for all domestic orders.

We ship worldwide using Australia Post’s International Standard and Express services.

Important Notes for International Orders:

4. Free Shipping

  • Australia: Free standard shipping for orders over $100.
  • International: Free shipping is not currently available for international orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package via Australia Post’s tracking page.
  • If you don’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at [Your Email].

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please allow a few extra days for carrier processing.
  • Marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

For international orders, customs delays may occur, which are beyond our control.


7. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made.
